It is imperative for the Ostrich industry to have clearly defined Standards for product quality and identification so that all BMIOA members and industry people are talking the same language.

When STANDARDS are used to produce a certain quality product, the results of that process are most predictable. Following are some Standards that have already been established or are in progress for the future:
