The courses are designed for any person involved in Ostrich, whether new to the industry or well established, seeking a sense of direction and greater understanding on how to establish a profitable business. The course covers the full production chain and demonstrates how every stage of the production chain is INTERDEPEDENT on each other. We can tailor courses to meet specific requirements.
Our industry is now in the critical stage of transition from breeder market to commercial production. It is important to generate revenue from the sale of products. To achieve this, our industry needs to be in a position to compete effectively with mainstream livestock industries. We have experience that during the breeder phase of our industry there has been a plethora of misinformation and advice based more on fiction rather than sound animal science and basic livestock production principles.
