1. Blue Mountain Ostrich Feeds to be made in EUROPE

BLUE MOUNTAIN FEEDS NOW MANUFACTURED IN EUROPE

It gives me great pleasure to announce that on November 5th, 2001, a Licensing
Agreement was signed between Blue Mountain Feeds, Inc USA and Stan
Stewart of Europe. What this agreement means is now Blue Mountain
Ostrich Feeds will be manufactured and distributed in Europe by Mr.
Stewart under the "Blue Mountain EUROPE" label in the very near future.

Mr. Stewart has selected a most modern feed mill that has been approved
by Blue Mountain U.S. and Blue Mountain International for manufacturing
Blue Mountain feeds. He has already received much of his training on
quality feed manufacturing and is prepared to assist Blue Mountain
Europe customers with the total Blue Mountain program of Concepts,
Ideals, Methods and Principals.

Mr. Stewart is operating Blue Mountain Europe as his own business with
the support, guidance and quality control pratices of Blue Mountain
Feeds Inc, USA. He will also be offering his customers access to other
Blue Mountain Ostrich programs for those that would benefit from them.
Blue Mountain is far more than "just feed" but a great feeding program
is always step #1.

My personal congratulations to Stan Stewart for this accomplishment.
The European Community is most fortunate to have a person like Stan to
help them with their Ostrich feeding programs as he is indeed a most
